Bill Mancini complements the Auxano team with over 25 years of management experience in the Fortune 100 world and a decade of executive ministry leadership in both church and parachurch settings. Bill’s advancement expertise in the areas of leadership development, finance and staffing is marked with a passion for excellence, a special ability for organizational problem-solving, and the mentoring impulse of an Air Force Instructor Pilot. Bill was trained by the Navigators in the area of “high trust culture” for leadership and team development, and serves in their ministry to the business and professional community. Bill has an M.S. in Management from Frostburg State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island.
