crafting (CVC) environment, we guide teams to discover,
with unprecedented clarity, the vision of their church.
Using team exercises, brainstorming, continued collaboration
and discernment, we guide leaders to express their vision
with clear, effective language. We then provide tools
and impetus for vision casting.
We advise, train and coach leaders and teams for effective
church strategy, alignment of sub-ministries, team building,
and tools for communicating and implementing vision.
Using vision as our compass, we walk with churches and
coach for vision-based leadership development, communications,
marketing, staff hiring, capital campaigns and architectural
directives.
