Randy brings a unique blend of experience to his role as Lead Navigator with Auxano. Randy brings over twenty years of experience invested in church leadership to the Auxano team. He was the founding pastor of New Community Church of the Palm Beaches, where he led the church from a fledgling fellowship to become an influential presence in Palm Beach County.  On the corporate side of the equation, he was instrumental in crafting the culture of two regional institutions in his roles as VP of Recruiting and Chief People Officer. His expertise in team development and organizational health allow him to embrace the challenges and opportunities of both church life and the corporate world.
A coach, consultant and keynote speaker, Randy has a knack for distilling complexities into concepts that can be compelling and communicated with clarity. Randy has a passion to inspire individuals and communities to live up to their calling through the Vision Pathway Process. A graduate of Baylor University, he also holds an MDiv and a DMIN from Southwestern Seminary.
