“(Auxano) forces other leaders to look within themselves and their
churches, attempting to dig out the reality of who they are and what
they are about. (Their) ability and life message needs to be read and
heard by the masses today. You will find freshness and relevance in
all that (they) do.”

When First Baptist Church of Springdale, launched its first multi-site in 2001, no one would have anticipated the growth of the strategically located campus. Five years later the second campus is launching the grand opening of a 26 million dollar worship center with over two thousand in attendance. While riding the growth wave, the leadership team realized that the campus cultures were growing apart at warp speed. With increasing size and complexity, how would the “one church / two locations” really play out? How much shared DNA should each campus have? What framework would be used for exercising freedom with accountability as the multi-site movement expanded? The critical questions were answered in the Vision to Grow process that completed in early 2006. Additional services included Brand Communication and the execution of a comprehensive community survey for developing the future multi-site strategy.
