Will Mancini founded Auxano after emerging from the trenches of local church leadership and leads the Auxano team as "clarity evangelist." Will serves as a “vision architect” for hundreds of churches across the country, including Chuck Swindoll's church in Frisco, Texas and Max Lucado's church in San Antonio, TX. He is the author of
Church Unique: How missional leaders cast vision, capture culture and create movement (March 2008 release, Leadership Network and Jossey-Bass). Additionally, Will co-authored Building Leaders with Aubrey Malphurs.
His pastoral experience includes leadership development responsibilities at Clear Creek Community Church that grew from a church start to over 3500 in weekend attendance in eleven years. Will’s style blends the best of three worlds: 1) process thinking from the discipline of engineering, 2) communications savvy as an ad agency executive, and 3) practical theology as a pastoral leader. His education includes a ThM in Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State.
